MP Zwein is a current member of the Lebanese Parliament in the Change and Reform bloc- Free Patriotic Movement since 2005. She holds an undergraduate degree in political science and another one in history from Saint Joseph University. She is well known for her patronage to women’s issues and human rights, and for her support to civil society. She worked on promoting the role of women on all levels. She is a founding member in the Coalition of Women MPs from Arab Countries to Combat Violence against Women.
