On October 27, 2020, researcher Hanan Al-Ahmadi assumed the position of assistant to the speaker of the Saudi Shura Council, with a rank of distinction, after the issuance of a royal order from King Salman bin Abdulaziz, who decided to appoint the Council of Senior Scholars and the Shura Council.
On October 26, 2020, the Saudi Minister of Justice, Walid bin Muhammad al-Samaani, issued an order appointing 100 legally qualified notaries. The ministry stated that 100 female notaries will officially start their work with a specialized training program for a period of 3 months, in cooperation with the Justice Training Center, in addition to practical training at the Documentation Agency and Notaries Public at the Ministry.
